Add detection of cyrix/ibm 6x86 cpu: these CPU pass the 486 test, but
fail the cyrix486 one. Add a test which succeed for all cyrix CPUs (from
FreeBSD).

Add detection of cyrix/ibm 6x86 cpu: these CPU pass the 486 test, but
fail the cyrix486 one. Add a test which succeed for all cyrix CPUs (from
