A walk through the section 4 pc532 man pages:
Write an intro.4, closing PR#3978
Fix some typos, some unclear english, diddle the nroff a bit.
One outstanding issue: plip.4 has a tbl(1) table in it, but the Makefile
does nothing to format it right.
