Log Message:

Change the type of parameter #2 ("changes") in PclValidateGC() from Mask
to unsigned long for compatibility with the GSFuncs dispatch struct which
must be initialized in PclGC.c. Existing LP64 implementations use register
parameters so this is _probably_ just a warning fix.
