and 'MNT_*' names, which should correspond directly.

These are the 'real' names of the file systems, the directory names
are not.

at least for directory names, i think there's something to be said
for:

        fs/foo

i.e. all fses live in a single directory, and _don't_ have an 'fs'
suffix.
