FYI, you could web search of visit the site.
But what I like better is that if you enter coda/ there is a README
there that tells you pretty much what you want to know.
Take filecorefs. I know what a file is, I know two possible meanings
for core, and I know what fs is. Putting them all together I get mfs
or I read the copyright on one or two files in the filecorefs/
