krb4 include fixes for compiling libtelnet with prototype checking:
* Fully prototype function-pointer args to krb_get_in_tkt().
* Hide non-prototyped, non-stdarg variadic functions klog() and log() using
_KRB_LIBKRB_INTERNAL.
