I don't totally understand the procedure of pulling
things up for the 1.3.3 release.  But there is a
change I did to sysinst/fdisk.c between -r1.8 -r1.9
that should be in any future release.  I can't tell
what version of fdisk corresponds to 1.3 because the
file does not have any kind of release tags.

The change disables the fdisk -i invocation.
