Log Message:
- Add symbolic definitions for DC7085 quad line UART hardware registers.
- Pay more attention to provide "No framebuffer device configured" message
in the case of kernel with either no NWSCONS or unsupported TC option is
booted from bitmap console.
- A little progress in dc.c preparing for dckbd.c.
