simplify test in in_pcbbind() for setting wild=1; no need to check if
((so->so_proto->pr_flags & PR_CONNREQUIRED) == 0 ||
(so->so_options & SO_ACCEPTCONN) == 0)
since the latter is always true, so the former test in unnecessary.
