- Make cpu_switch() a normal call; formally it was splitted into halves.
- Fix an error in mips3_cpu_switch_resume(); ASID was not set correctly.
- Remove global variable 'curpcb' reference in mips1_proc_trampoline().
- Restore 'cpuregs.h'.
