Add automatic handling for ".tar.bz2" archives - just set "EXTRACT_SUFX"
and "bsd.pkg.mk" will do the rest. Furthermore replace all remaining
instances of ":../../foo/bar" in dependences by ":${PKGSRCDIR}/foo/bar".
