Update "mutt" package to version 0.95.4.

Major changes since 0.95.3:
- Mutt up to version 0.95.3 was affected by a temporary file relateda
race condition which could lead to security-relevant problems.
- We have fixed a bug which would lead to crazy behaviour when a
message was listed in it's own References header.
- IMAP and MIME should mix better now.
