Log Message:
Don't even try to output, scroll, or clear if we're in graphics mode,
as we would mess up part of the registers trying to set the text plane.
This should fix the long-standing grf3 problems reported by several people.
Analysis and fix by Michael Hitch and Joerg Lehners.
