Log Message:
Improve emulation of SIOCGIFHWADDR ioctl:
 * when finding an interface, try the real name first before faking eth*
 * Linux kernel returns ENODEV if the request goes to unknown interface,
   so do the same here

This change makes Linux ICA client work.
