uh, actually, no i didn't suggest the latter change (providing an
additional #define for R3900_CACHE_D_INDEX_WRITEBACK_INVALIDATE).
I was wondering why the code what it did.
Is that op actually supported in later 3900 cpu cores, and documented
in their manuals? it's not mentioned in the copy of the manual ("TX39
family core architecture user's manual") that I have (but then,
neither is the present of a write-back cache, if i recall
correctly)...
