Removed Files:
        gnusrc/gnu/dist/toolchain/libf2c/libF77: dtime_.c etime_.c

Log Message:
These two files make .PATH:ing a PITA, because they have the same names as
those in libU77.  These versions aren't used anymore; nuke 'em.
