Log Message:
Small changes to the boot system:
 - Install boot.atari in both / and /usr/mdec. It looks good to have a
   spare copy soemwhere...
 - Add '/boot.ata' as a last resort bootname.

All per discussion with Simon Burge, Matthew Green and Soren S. Jorvang.
