Apply patch (requested by briggs):
  Adjust receive and transmit descriptor list structures,
  sip_start(), and sip_txintr() to be more similar to the current
  development version.  Fixes periodic device timeouts.
Tested by briggs with a Netgear FA311TX on i386.
