Update sched_whichqs properly in cpu_preempt().
Ensure cpu_preempt() stack hack keeps stack pointer 16-byte aligned.
Reduce code duplication by jumping from cpu_preempt() into cpu_switch()
        to do post-new-lwp-selection work (thanks for the idea, thorpej).
