 o Make macppc INSTALL/GENERIC be consistent on de(4) vs. tlp(4) choice
 o Add support for some rtk-using cardbus cards
 o siop driver fix to avoid memory allocation in interrupt context
 o kern_sysctl.c - plug memory leak on 2nd and subsequent settings of corename
 o wdc.c - don't allow forcing to Ultra-DMA on chips not supporting that
 o pciide - add support for Ultra-DMA 100 on CMD 0649
 o install notes fixups for more correct HTML generation (handling of < and >)
