 o mountd.c --= also fix for ucred fixes
 o init: enable MFS based /dev code
 o subr_extent.c: fix two bugs
 o IPfilter: make compile on a.out systems
 o add regression tests for subr_extent.c bugfixes
 o vfs_bio.c: don't do "block size invariant" in VBLK vnodes
 o elinkxl: correct typo
 o macppc: make ofwboot.ofwboot.elf and ofwboot.xcf able to use load-base 600000
 o fstat: add extra column for inode numbers
