 o dump: improve behaviour when pathname is given in certain circumstances
 o i386, pc532, sh3 pmaps: avoid accounting errors in pmap_enter()
 o correct error handling in writev()
 o libm i387: fix stack usage so signal delivery won't cause stack corruption
 o if_ep_pcmcia: search for space to attach 3c562 correctly
