Log Message:
XSCALE_CCLKCFG should not be set in std.iq80310.  Set IQ80310 to use
XSCALE_CCLKCFG=9 (733MHz) and TEAMASA_NPWR to use XSCALE_CCLKCFG=7 (600MHz)
as that's what the part on the board is rated for.
