Log Message:
Remove calls to FLOCKFILE() and FUNLOCKFILE() from vfprintf() and __svfscanf(),
rename those routines to vfprintf_unlocked() and __svfscanf_unlocked(),
and implement vfprintf() and __svfscanf() as small routines that do
FLOCKFILE()/foo_unlocked()/FUNLOCKFILE().
