if something goes wrong and /etc/security isn't run, you won't receive
any mail.
now you won't receive any mail at all if everything succeeds. positive
feedback is good - perhaps some kind of "all ok" message is better
yet.
the lack of such feedback is disturbing, and I don't think this change
is appropriate. where was this discussed?
please revert to the old behaviour, and provide a knob to turn it off
for those who don't want the positive feedback.
