Log Message:
Fix previous commit. The make on BSD/OS was installing libnbcompat
without install target just like it was cleaning automatically.
So use new bmake for building libnbcompat. Then change back from
previous revision so will use the local ../libnbcompat files
instead. Still use bmake for pax, mtree and pkg_install builds.
(Probably should use bmake for everything else.)
