Please note, this file (the RCS file) was removed from the repository
since it was conflicting with the 'missing' directory that existed
previously.

Sorry for that.

If we ever need to use this as a host tool, we'll have to re-import
somewhere else, or find an other smart solution; configure will
probably insist on the 'missing' file.
