That's what I thought. My only point is that we can't support truly
insensitive file systems for cross builds because that would nuke the
capitalization on the generated sets, which is significant -- the file
system needs to be at least case preserving.

BTW, it would be good if someone convinced FSF to get rid of the .C
files in the gcc distribution -- there are a lot of them in the
regression suites I think.
