There is something we refer to in this file 
(http://www.mapping.com/airportcodes.html),
though I'm not sure how "standard" it is. But there's so much airport codes 
(20961 entries
in aforementioned URL), that it perhaps doesn't make much sense to have them 
all in.
Anyway I'll try to parse that and see how big the file would be.
