Log Message:
Following the example of XalphaNetBSD, strip the top bits of PC/XT keycodes
before feeding them to the MI server.  This is ugly and loses information,
but it works a bit better than not doing so, and will do until someone finally
crack and write a shared wscons input layer for hw/netbsd.
