In exec_sigcode_map(), do nothing if the sigcode is of
size 0.
This way, individual ports can circumvent sigcode mapping
by setting sigcode/esigcode.
(would be better to clean up the __HAVE_SIGINFO/COMPAT_XX
stuff, but it is not a good moment now)
