Log Message:
* Make isdnd unlearn that an isdn interface has two B channels, so that it
  is possible to support 30-channel primary rate adapters.
  Mostly from jml%cubical.fi@localhost via FreeBSD.
* Follow kernel naming trend: bri => isdnif
