Pull up revision 1.6 (requested by drochner in ticket #302):
use an ugly hack to make the loader work on NetBSD/amd64:
pass an address hint to mmap() to make it allocate an address below 4G
based on work by Nicolas Joly (PR xsrc/25170) and fvdl's comment
