XXX Gross !!
Add a printf() in xennet_ctrlif_rx() to make the *xbd* driver work.
Without this, the kernel hang after printing xennet's MAC address,
and kbd is never probed. I suspect it hangs in the
while (!blkif_control_rsp_valid) {} loop, because xbd_response_handler() is
never called.
This needs to be investigated.
