Pull up revision 1.138 (requested by yamt in ticket #968):
  Since daddr_t is 64-bit these days, simply use nfs directory
  cookies as buffer cache indexes.  This should make the
  regress/sys/fs/getdents test work.  Fixes PR#27112.
