Log Message:
fix inconsistency of CVS repository about these files.
problem & fix pointed out by Chuck Silvers:
these files were deleted, but then they became undead when the ktrace-lwp
changes were first committed to -current (before they were backed out
and put on a branch instead) on June 28 2003.  the result is that the RCS
state is "Exp" but the ,v files are in the CVS "Attic" directory.
CVS behaves inconsistently when it sees these, sometimes it will use them
and sometimes it won't.
