Pull up following revision(s) (requested by 878 in ticket #aymeric):
        usr.bin/vi/ex/ex.c: revision 1.16
remove the hack that changed backslaches to ^V's when the command is
"set" (!).
Now backslashes are understood by argv_exp3().
