Pull up following revision(s) (requested by uew in ticket #1096):
        lib/libc/arch/sh3/gen/swapcontext.S: revision 1.4
Use macros from <machine/asm.h>.  s/r15/sp/.  Use cpp-safe label
names.  Add comments.  Same object code is generated.
