Pull up following revision(s) (requested by bouyer in ticket #1105):
        sys/arch/xen/include/if_xennetvar.h: revision 1.8
        sys/arch/xen/xen/if_xennet.c: revision 1.33 via patch
Use MCLGET() instead of local list of buffers. Garbage-collect
struct xennet_txbuf usage.
