Pull up following revision(s) (requested by is in ticket #1129):

        distrib/amiga/stand/loadbsd-2.16.uue: revision 1.1
        distrib/amiga/stand/rdbinfo.gz.uue: file removal
        distrib/amiga/stand/loadbsd-2.14.gz.uue: file removal
        distrib/amiga/stand/xstreamtodev.gz.uue: file removal
Only provide uncompressed tools, so that they can be run directly
from CD-ROM, and buggy CD-ROM file systems aren't confused by two
tools with the same prefix.
