Fix serious regression in AP-client mode: program adapter's BSSID
as we enter the IEEE80211_S_AUTH and IEEE80211_S_ASSOC states, so
that we don't send 802.11 Authentication and Association frames
with BSSID=00:00:00:00:00:00.
