Pull up following revision(s) (requested by rpaulo in ticket #1219):
        sbin/ifconfig/ifconfig.c: revision 1.169
Added a new ifconfig flag, -h, allowing, in conjunction with -v, the display
of interface I/O bytes in human-format.
