Further, the difference is a *compile* time change.  Most people aren't
nuts enough to build NetBSD on their 20MHz 68020s natively, I think. 
Cross-compiling is *so* much better, and I think nearly everyone these
days does their development on machines that are at least a 200MHz class
Pentium or better.  Anyone who doesn't, must like wasting time waiting
for the compiler. :-)
