- export @enable_shared@ into ENABLE_SHARED (for mknative)
- disable rules for gengtype-yacc.c, gengtype-yacc.h and gengtype-lex.c
- pull across a fix for cygwin building fixincludes from GCC3 tree
- disable %.info rules.
