Pull up following revision(s) (requested by lukem in ticket #1377):
        etc/security: revision 1.98
        share/man/man5/security.conf.5: revision 1.30 by patch
        etc/defaults/security.conf: revision 1.18
Implement check_devices_ignore_paths, which is a list of paths to
avoid traversing during check_devices.
