This isn't quite right. I've written the Solaris drivers for these
parts, and I don't know how OpenSolaris reports it, but the 0x9511
device id is an ADM9511, which is _not_ a 983. The main diffference is
that the 9511 contains a secondary function for a winmodem.
And the 983 is most definitely _not_ a Comet. ADMtek used the Comet
designator on the AL981, which was a similar but different part. The
983 is technically called a "Centaur".
The other funny thing is that the product having the numeric identifier
0x985 is actually the ADM AN983. The AN985 part has the numeric
identifier 0x1985. The NetBSD listing has this not quite right. (And
yes, I have data sheets for most of the parts.)
Should I update entries for these?
