Pull up following revision(s) (requested by riz in ticket #10680):
        sys/dev/pci/if_skvar.h: revision 1.10
        share/man/man4/sk.4: revision 1.9
        sys/dev/pci/if_sk.c: revision 1.22
Add jumbo frames support, from OpenBSD (mcbride).  As seen on tech-net
for the last N months.
Jumbo frames now work under NetBSD, so note it.
