Pull up following revision(s) (requested by xtraeme in ticket #148):
        sys/arch/i386/i386/est.c: revision 1.28
initialize global est_fqlist to NULL in case nothing is found
in est_cpus table.
Don't use a fake table on the stack, est_fqlist points to it
and is used by the sysctl_helper.
