Pull up following revision(s) (requested by elad in ticket #299):
        sys/kern/kern_exec.c: revision 1.234
Use ndp->ni_cnd.cn_pnbuf, not epp->ep_ndp->ni_dirp, for the pathname
for Veriexec/PaX purposes.
(this is safe here because the nameiop is LOOKUP.)
Fixes part of PR/35278.
