Pull up following revision(s) (requested by pooka in ticket #324):
        regress/sys/fs/tmpfs/t_remove: revision 1.8
        sys/fs/tmpfs/tmpfs_vnops.c: revision 1.34
* fix locking gotchas when trying to unlink "."
* return standard EPERM when trying to unlink a directory
* reorder some checks in rmdir avoid problems if trying to rmdir ".."
* add a test to check that unlink of "." is not succesful
